Griner Engenharia, S.A. elected its new corporate officers for the 2026–2029 term during its Annual General Meeting. The new Board of Directors is now composed of José Puna Zau, as Chairman of the Board of Directors; Paulo Veiga, Chairman of the Executive Committee; and Directors Raiana Castro, Indira Terra Bastos, Andreia Monteiro, Yuri Almeida, and Divaldo Cristóvão, a Non-Executive Director. This composition marks a new phase of growth for the company, aligned with the new strategic cycle, which aims to ensure rigorous execution of our projects, cultivate the trust of our partners, and generate results for our shareholders.
