Griner had the responsibility and honour of leading the restoration of a building of high heritage value, in a project that represented an enormous technological challenge and required rigorous construction and absolute respect for architectural authenticity.
The company played a central role in all phases of the intervention — from structural analysis and preservation of the original elements to the introduction of technological solutions compatible with the existing heritage, namely the air conditioning system, among others. The work involved close coordination with architects, engineers and preservation entities, ensuring a balance between aesthetic restoration and the modernisation necessary to comply with safety, energy efficiency and accessibility standards.
In addition to the technological aspect, the project stood out for the commitment, dedication and pride shown by the officials mobilised to carry out the specialised work. Master masons, carpenters, plasterers and restorers applied not only their technical knowledge, but also a deep sense of mission, aware of the importance of contributing to the preservation of an iconic landmark of the region, the country and architecture. The precision of their work and the transmission of knowledge between generations lent authenticity and excellence to the project.
This balance between innovation and tradition has resulted in an exemplary work that ensures the historical continuity of the building and reinforces its identity.
More than just a refurbishment, this project represented an opportunity for Griner to implement and demonstrate the value of technology combined with human knowledge — where each participant left their mark with dedication, pride and distinction.
